YOGA

Sports Educator

Trained in high intensity artistic gymnastics, I learned body mastery within the discipline.

Later with yoga I discovered listening to and respecting the body,
and with dance and clubbing, i accessed to freedom and letting go.

Today I teach a vibrant and conscious movement;
through yoga, fitness and movement;
to guide people towards a strong, aligned, and profoundly free body.

PRESENTATION

'Explorator', I like to travel, discover and experiment through various media.

Clothing has always been an important and daily means of expression for me.
I studied Fashion Design and have been exploring this field for many years.

In May 2023, I launched my own brand, Lohara,a project through
which I continue to experiment with clothing, shapes, materials and colors.

Movement is another way I love to express myself.
I work as an Artistic Gymnastics coach, Fitness coach & Yoga teacher.

I love dancing, practicing acrobatics and exploring different ways of moving
and I LOOOVE hiking.

I also explore through VJing and video editing,
experimenting with images, colors, overlays and movement.

I capture moments, landscapes, architecture, nature and details of everyday life,
then transform and combine them to create visuals for musical
and creative performances.
